This management is outrageous Falsified tenancy agreement , I have the original, and they tried to tell me I didnt. They are liers. Bullies and should be in prison for fraud. Stay away from this company. They are awful people.

Chi Fu Chen is the worst landlord I have ever had . I was alittle behind on my rent but got it all paid and was on time for the next few months til.rent was paid til jan1/2023 .on Dec 17/2022 bailiffs moved me and my 3small grand children out because he didn't like how much my rent was

Useless realtor, worse property manager. Wont return calls at all, not even a one word response to a text. Dont pay him to manage your rental because you will definitely miss out on good tenants.

I have never seen such a useless agent in my entire life. The agent in charge of the Vancouver area does not do anything. Shes rude and she brings her kid (who says quite racist things) to open house and wanders around whistling (yes actually whistling) showing she doesnt care. After scheduling an appointment with the tenant, she has no keys to the building, pretends to call and tells us no ones home (tenant showed us his call history, she never called), and tells us to go home because hes not
