The worst residential company I have ever seen. Donna and Andrew Haid are thieves and manipulative owners. They will charge us tenants all sorts of invented fees including AC which the buildings don't have despite us paying our own hydro. Forget about getting any repairs done. I've been waiting 8 months now for my intercom to be connected. They change property manager every 3 months, I'm still waiting to have the pest control come in to exterminate ants and roaches. Run far away from Welwyn

Talk about slumlord. Terry is literally the worst. My ceiling was leaking for 6 months. Still didn’t fix it. Pipes froze and told me to put a heater in the room. Hot water broke, but had hot water in my kitchen. Not bathroom. Was told I had to pay gas, found out it was connected to THREE apartments. Begged to make an agreement. Didn’t fulfill their end. Took rent out for 2 months after and didn’t pay the NSF that I got charged. Even the tenants there complain.

2095 Prospect Street Burlington Constant neglect for improvements and the concern of the tenants. Cleanliness throughout the building is terrible. Unfinished maintenance(repairs in apartments) are left unfinished or even have to be done over. Building Manager (Terry) is unresponsive to requests of the tenants or makes broken promises. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Welwyn Interests. Defineately would NOT Recommend.
