Can't speak highly enough of telecommunications technicians, Ryan and Sam, who came to our home to install WTC television in two of our rooms last week. (FYI, we already have internet and phone service with WTC.) Part of the hookup was problematic, but Ryan and Sam stuck with it till they resolved the issues and ensured superior reception. Those guys knocked it out of the park with their professionalism, friendliness and all round excellent customer service. Thanks, guys!! Take a bow!!

My entire neighborhood experienced extremely limited to no internet and television service from Sep 1 to Sep 14, 2020. WTC has refused to provide any reduction in billing. I have essentially had to pay for service not provided. Pathetic customer service and questionable technical support.
I would like to share what has happened to me. I have been a loyal customer with WTC Communications for over 15 years. The IT team has always been amazing and helpful over the years. I wish the same could be said about the other staff as well. I moved 8 years ago and at that time over my service from one city to another with wonderful support and accurate information being provided from sales and service staff. This is my second move with WTC and this time the quality of service has been horrend

Excellent service; you will actually speak to a technical support person directly and they will walk you through trouble shooting. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
WTC COMMUNICATION has serious connection problems. Terrible pixellating problems that they do not know how to address. The ONLY reason they get the second star is because they have not charged me for the 7.yes 7 visits thus far. Save your money. Overpriced and not up to standards

Great company, been with them for 5 years now, very competitive rates. Only had technical issues once and they were super fast to remedy it. I'm willing to wager all those leaving bad reviews are customers cut off for non-payment. I will never go back to big companies like Bell or Cogeco again... nothing like being able to swing by the office and speak with the people you've been dealing with on the phones.
Watch out when bundling your products and read what you are signing carefully. I got hit with a $400+ bill when I cancelled my service. Seems their alarm contracts are for 3 years. My lease was for 1 year. Tech support good but other aspects they are slow to respond.
