I ordered 2 sofas and picked out the colors beforehand and confirmed my choice with the sales representative. Once the furniture arrived the colors were not what I had chosen and when I called the store to ask what happened they told me that I could not return the items even though it was their mistake. The woman on the phone told me to get someone who speaks punjabi so I could communicate with them. This is just ridiculous, I spent my hard earned money and did not receive the furniture I wanted
