Vista Credit Corporation

After my 120 month term, Vista stopped deducting payments as the should have. Then, 21 months later, started deducting payments again, and sent my account to credit collections for 21 months arrears. They stopped deducting the payments, thereby acknowledging the term was complete. Then they start again? This is fraud, and theft. I am getting bank records printed and going to the police. Stay away from Vista. They are scam artists and crooked.

customer service person Caralyn was so rude and unhelpful. Was very aggressive and insulted me. I called to gather information about my contract and discuss some issues I was having with their services/ repair services. When I asked to speak to a manager because I couldn't take her attitude anymore she told me my concerns did not warrant an escalation and I could call their number (where there is no one available) and leave a message if I wanted to speak to a manager.

Do not sign water softener rental agreement. Total rip off. Very poor customer service. Slow or nonexistent response to enquiries. Avoid at all costs, haha

Vista Credit has been an excellent resource and tool for our company, Oakridge Heating and Cooling here in Pembroke. Their online application process makes for speedy response times for our customers and for ourselves with respect to funding. We are very happy with our rep Carolyn and would recommend Vistas services again and again.

vista credit is the worse company you can deal with, i called last month to do the 49.95 buyout on my over paid hot water tank and they still billed me rental charger , i called this morning hoping to just add the difference Mike was so rude and nasty and had a nerve to tell me not to raise my voice i sold my house new people dont want it i had to say yes add 49.95 to my next bill.UNREAL.NEVER EVER DO I WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN I WILL MAKE SURE I DONT

If there is a Negative Star i would give to this company, Took them 4 months to fix the hot water tank, and while doing so i still have to pay for the subcontractor. I want to get out of this terrible contract, does anyone have any clue?

OVER PRICED. PAID DOUBLE AMOUNT after 7 years. Company avoids contact after the fact.

Contracts are a rip off with unreasonable terms to end them. Avoid this company. You should buy your hot water heater, dont rent one.

I had a terrible experience with Vista Credit Corp. They are unhelpful over the phone and provide very bad customer service. They don't even honour the terms of their own contract, but expect you to. They refuse to treat you fairly, and use tactics to trick you into signing long term financing leases without disclosing important information to you. They use bureaucratic delay tactics to avoid dealing with customer complaints.

Terrible Company to Deal With

Similar experience to previous reviewer. I am a business who had a customer who wanted out of their contract. Vista put me in a terrible position, was rude and unhelpful even slapping me with 10 years of interest. As they said, they're a small company and can't absorb losses. I suggest you deal with a larger company who can.

Terrible customer service, questionable business p

Terrible customer service with questionable busines practices. I have had a terrible experience with Vista; in how they run their business and how they treat their customers. I was looking for an alternative for my rental properties hot water tanks. I signed up a few of my rental properties and early on one of my tenants didn't pay their bill so Vista took the arrears out of my account, including their NSF fees with little to no effort to collect from the tenants first!!! I phoned to ask them to put more effort into their collections process but they belittled me and were quite abrasive. When they take the funds out of the account they don't always tell you, I could have easily not noticed the withdrawl, they don't even provide you with a bill. One, might not notice the charge, and two, you can't even charge back the tenant. They didn't answer the phone and when you leave a message they didn't call back. I wanted to get out of the contract but they said that I was signed in for 10 years! The local supplier who represented this business and did the install is also parting ways with Vista because they are so terrible! Take this as a warning stay away from Vista!
