Favorite Toronto/GTA mall. Has kept some of the great older stores which is very appreciated. There is such a good variety of stores and options. Good restaurants, coffee shops, snack shops/kiosks, so you have choices besides the large food court. It has a nice layout. Has a movie theatre. Has friendly helpful Concierge. Upkept. What a great store! Huge selection of everything from pointe shoes to body suits. With three daughters in dance Gabie's is the place to go. There are other stores but none have the selection that Gabie's does. Their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I brought a foster dog from The Animal Guardian Society to Bark and I was very impressed with how clean and friendly their boutique environment is. The groomers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about leaving him there to get groomed. When I went to pick up my foster dog I couldn't believe what an amazing job the groomers did. His fur was so soft, he smelt amazing and his cut was gorgeous! I could tell they took their time to make sure he looked his best for his new home.

Our dog is a rescue from a very bad situation. She is very afraid of new people and new situations. Elena is so patient and calm and has always been so good with her, we feel very comfortable leaving our pup there to be groomed. I ordered multiple flowers bouquets for mothers and friends in Toronto. Even though I was late, they took my order. My family loved the flowers, they used flowers we didn't know existed (a coral peony? Who knew).
I found out that the owner had delivered the flowers themselves. That's going above and beyond. I will definitely continue to use them (my mother had ordered flowers from them religiously when they were at Bayview Village).

My daughter recently had problems with her wedding dress bought at another salon with not so good service. After taking the dress from the other salon, as we felt we could not trust them to alter it correctly, we contacted Sally at Bliss who directed us to Cindy's Alterations but after meeting with Cindy it seemed that the dress could not be altered so we ended back with Sally to buy a second dress. Sally was so caring she realized how difficult this situation was for us. She spent lots of time with my daughter even though it was past closing time. We ended up with a second dress. The next day my daughter decided to go back to Cindy's to see if we could look at the first dress again and Cindy was able to come up with a solution. I called Sally to see if I could return the second dress and she was amazing, it was absolutey no problem. If only we'd gone to Bliss in the first place our experience would have been so much better - Thank you Sally you salvaged what seemed to be a hopeless situation. Joan Bell
