This is THE go to daycare for your child in Barrie. My son and my daughter both went to this daycare and the staff treat them like their own kids. The high turnover rate of staff as people have mentioned below has improved dramatically since COVID. They qualify for all the government incentive so needless to say they meet all the policies and regulations. During the school year my daughter would still attend the centre on her PD days and summer holidays. Now it is 2020 and my son is about to start kindergarten and both kids were soo super sad that it was going to be their last day at Royal Academy. I can only say the love and care, the service the entire staff provides day in day out is really one of a kind. You have to be very passionate about kids to work the way they work.
