Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I've even found glasses at other eye stores, brought the code to Specs Appeal, and they've been more than willing to do a special order for me. I've chosen to buy from Specs Appeal, as 1) they have GREAT pricing, 2) really friendly and helpful staff, 3) can use more than one prescription in their deal of 3 glasses for $200 (helping out the whole family). After having a terrible experience at Purba Vision, I came to LensCrafters in hopes I could find a specific frame that was recently discontinued. They were able to have the frames ready by the next day and the service was as terrific. The gentleman who helped me was kind and thorough, he even called me to let me know the glasses were ready at the time they had specified. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me!!!
