The only reason I left a 5 star review was to the service we received. My steak was not cooked properly plus even they cooked it more from raw, the steak was bland, no flavor at all. I ended up loosing my appetite. The one thing that impressed me was our waitress. She tried her best and the manager told her that our bill was covered including our drinks. This shows me that the management supported their customers. I am a Keg person that in the past had little issues but it happens. Busy place.

This is no longer our favourite restaurant... the portions have gotten a lot smaller and the service is much worse. Too bad as we DID love the place

Loudest restaurant in the city!

Make sure to bring your stroller ! This was the most expensive keg around, and the absolute worst. It is not a place to go on a date! We were the only table in there that didn't have kids or babies! They layout is too open so it gives the feeling that you are in a cafeteria. Couldn't even hear the waiter speak. It was awful, nothing like any other keg.

Not a special occassion for us!

Made reservations a week in advance. The person paying for our special dinner drove over 400 miles to treat us to a dinner overlooking the falls. There are several rows of tables that you can not even see the falls - and of course - ours was one. No need to make reservations you wait in several different lines just like everyone else. It was so loud in the restaurant we could not hear the waitress or each other. Two of the meals came out fantastic, one had to be sent back, the waitress was no where to be seen for 15 minutes therefore everyone had to wait while one person ate. The food was good, but next time we will try a restaurant that has a view - atmosphere is just as important as the meal. When it's so loud you can not talk without yelling it changes the mood. If they would apply cork to the ceilings that would help.

Great Food! Great View of the fireworks!

The place was absolutely packed to view the fireworks. The food at the keg is always wonderful, and tonight being so busy, it was no exception. Our waiter was very attentive, even tho the place was packed! We were lucky to get a very good table with great views of the falls.
