He's fantastic at what he does, really knows what he's talking about! His inspection and report were very comprehensive and he also does a walk through of the house pointing out all problems and how to fix them! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and hire him again in the future.
After canvassing around and checking certifications and reviews I'm glad that I chose Stinger Home Inspections to do the inspection of a duplex we were purchasing. I had an excellent experience from the start when I spoke to Brejesh over the phone. His price was competitive and reasonable. He was on time with the scheduled appointment. He is thorough with his work and he took the time to explain and answer all our questions when we did the walk-about. The inspection report was detailed.
Brajesh inspected my condo after my unit was damaged with water from a few floors above me. I went through insurance but I am glad that I personally hired Brajesh to get a detailed look at my unit after the damage. I'm so glad that I did because my insurance company's contractors did not fully repair my unit and I was almost cashed out for my insurance when my unit was not even properly assessed! I would recommend Brajesh to anyone buying a new property or going through home damages, etc.
