The inspection done was very thorough. I never write reviews but Brejesh really deserves it. I was extremely impressed. Brejesh spent a good amount of time inspecting the house, went over the issues, showed me evidence with his tools, and compiled a file for me by the next day. Very efficient and honest man. I would recommend him any day without hesitation. He definitely set the bar really high for other inspectors.
Brejesh was very thorough and patient giving us a complete understanding of the inspection. He spent the time with a walk-thru explaining all the issues that needed addressed. He was available for further questions later and provided a very comprehensive written report I would recommend him in a heartbeat...even the Realtor was impressed. From top to bottom and inside and out he inspected it all.
Brejesh inspected a house we're looking to buy a couple weeks ago. This was the first time I have gotten a home inspection done and I'm glad I did! He was extremely thorough and meticulous in his process. He took his time, took lots of pics and explained findings/make recommendations as he went. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for this service. Also had a detailed 55 page report emailed to me several hours after. He also does thermal scan which others may not! Brejesh was meticulous, professional and lovely to work with. We would recommend his in a heartbeat. Brejesh spent time and care in carrying out his inspection, was well prepared and knowledgeable. In addition to all these things he was patient and spent as much time as we needed to help us understand the implications of his findings and was even able to make some recommendations for other contractors where needed (this was requested and not unsolicited information on his part).
